HR Unit:  

     Human Resource Development Project (HRD) was started and carried on with the financial support of Swiss NGOs Program Office (SNPO), Islamabad. It provides training for capacity building of Community Based Organizations (CBOs) of the former Malakand Division (excluding the District of Chitral) in Basic Skills Development, Social Organization, Participatory Learning and Action, Effective Presentation Skills, Effective Communication Skills, Financial Management and Project Proposal Writing. The Programme was renamed as Human and Institutional Development Project (HID) and was run with the financial support of Civil Society HID Programme (CHIP) till August 2003. 
Since then the Society runs it through its own resources.
