Household targeting criteria:
– Must be resident of the target community
– Must rely mainly on agriculture or livestock for their livelihoods. This includes the following “categories”:
• Small farmers that have 5 or less acres of land, and that manage the land themselves
• Orchard owners having at most 500 trees of fruit orchards
• Lease holder having no more than 5 acre of cultivated land on lease
• Relying on daily wages from agriculture for their livelihoods
• Relying on livestock rearing for their livelihoods
– Must be verified as a vulnerable family by the community (the committee)
– Middle man/Market actor having level of purchase no more than 0.3 million PRP
