Coalition and community partnership provide a mean of pooling the abilities, expertise and resources of numerous stakeholders to positively address and resolve the community problems. Interpersonal meetings are the most effective and participatory advocacy tools. It also aims to build the capacity of social society and organizations to act for change. Common tools used for advocacy are lobbing, meetings and negotiations. On its own advocacy will not achieve much. Social mobilization is also absolutely essential to achieving advocacy objectives.

About million around the world are suffering from different diseases which have affected their lifestyle and have made them disable and need special attention. These persons with disabilities include those who have long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairments which in interaction with various barriers may hinder their full and effective participation in society on an equal basis with others.
