The Project manager, Monitoring & Evaluation officer, Agriculture Officer of EPS and the Project officer of CRS staff jointly visited to villages Sabonay,Toop Singh and Malagay  of UC,Dangram on December 7, 2009. The project staff checked the attendance registers of the skilled and unskilled laborers of the ongoing CFW schemes; jeepable road of Toop Singh and Saboonay. The team of EPS/CRS also inspected the 'Kaccha' road of Malagay. The team conducted a meeting with community elders and volunteers in this regard. Twenty (20) community members participated the meeting.

The project staff also inspected the Malagay Kaccha road and discussed the needs and problems of the community with them. Through Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) the community members prioritized the reconstruction of the jeepable road at Malagay. Committee was formed for CFW scheme  consisting of seven (7) members. Estimate was prepared and sent for further necessary action and approval from CRS officials.
