After the quotations were collected, tender opening protocol ceremony was held at EPS office on November 2, 2009 in which Mr. Naveed from HI also participated. Mr. Akbar Zeb, Executive Director EPS chaired the occasion. All the sealed quotations were opened in the presence of the six committee members and the lowest bidders were selected for the purchase of different materials for construction of latrines/wash rooms.
