Environmental Protection Society (EPS) is a regional partner of United Nations Millennium Development Goals (UN-MDGs) for the achievement of millennium goals. One of the important activities of the Millennium Development Goals is “Call Against Poverty”. Like the previous years, this year too EPS organized a “Stand Up” campaign in its head office and in some of the schools in Swat on October 18, 2008 at 11 AM. In the activity organized at head office all the staff members of the society participated, while at school level the activity was conducted by the concerned school management.
