The main purpose of the training was to discuss the importance of advocacy/lobbying and a good leadership for the solution of PWGs issues and how DFGs members of SDGP can use their approaches regarding PWGs issues in policy making and future plans. The qualities of a good leader were also discussed that how a good leader can carry their team towards peak of success. The participants wish to be so in the future and appreciated the training.
