This meeting was organized by EPS in DRU office Alpurai.

EPS collected data of villages which has been tendered in 2007 and those villages which are to be tendered in 2008. It was mutually agreed upon that villages initially identified for project introduction by EPS will be intimated to the DRU which will provide in writing to prove that the identified villages are neither tendered nor to be tendered by DRU in near future, which may prove to be safe for intervention before NOC from ERRA by DWHH.
